Tracy Zych handbags was founded by sister design duo Tracy and Ashley Zych. Born and raised in Florida, the sister’s interest in handbags was evident from an early age. During Tracy and Ashley’s childhood their mother took great pride in dressing them in fashionable outfits that were always accessorized with a designer handbag. This sparked the sisters interest to enter the designer handbag world and they have been passionate about handbags ever since.
In the fall of 2005 Tracy made her dreams of designing a handbag line a reality by gaining representation in an esteemed New York showroom and shortly after the Tracy Zych brand began showing their collections at fashion week in New York, Los Angeles and Paris. Ashley soon joined the business and the sisters moved to Los Angeles to grow the brand. They quickly established their signature style of handbags made with exquisite soft leathers, bold hardware and modern designs that have captured the hearts of women worldwide.
The brand found its success with the launch of the Edie tote bag that was designed for “It Girl” Sienna Miller who starred in “The Factory Girl” a 2006 American biographical film based on the life of 1960”s underground film star, socialite, and Andy Warhol’s superstar Edie Sedgwick. The Edie tote bag has adorned the arms of socialites and Hollywood starlets such as Sienna Miller, Rachel Bilson and Halle Berry to name a few.

Tracy and Ashley are both avid sports fans and often enjoy attending football, baseball, basketball and hockey games in their spare time. Their career in fashion collided with the world of sports while they were deciding on their outfits to wear to a game one evening. The girls wanted to look chic at the game while also showing their team pride. That is when they became inspired to redefine their classic handbag designs into a sports inspired collection of handbags made with colors portraying their favorite sports team.
