SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via UPS ground (International orders: see below). If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact customer service and we will do our best to honor your request. Orders shipped to addresses in California will be subject to 8.5% sales tax.

In stock handbags will be shipped immediately. Please allow 4-6 weeks for handbags that are not in stock. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping international. All international sales arefinal. For additional international inquires please contact us via email at customerservice@tracyzych.com.

All additional fees, taxes, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
