Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason contact customerservice@tracyzych.com to apply for RMA # (see instructions below). We accept returns within 14 days from the day the merchandise is received. The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in the original condition it was shipped in order to receive a refund/exchange.

There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we will do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customerservice@tracyzych.com within 24hours from the date of your order.

Instructions
For all returns and exchanges please email customerservice@tracyzych.com to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of receiving your order. We request that goods are returned within 7 days of the date you receive your RMA number. Please note that no returns or exchanges will be processed without this number or if the purchase has exceeded the two week grace period.

Once you have received a (RMA) number then pack the handbag securely with a copy of your packing slip and write the return number on the exterior of the box in big print. For speedy and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx.

  • Please note that returns/ exchange are up to the discretion of Tracy Zych New York, LLC and are only accepted when the item is returned in its original condition.

When your return/exchange is received, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges. For exchanges, once the item is received and approved for exchange, your new order will be shipped ground at no additional cost.

Shipping
Orders placed with Tracy Zych New York handbags ship by UPS with a signature required for delivery. You should generally allow up to 2 business days for processing before your order will ship. During online sales the order processing time period will be longer as we receive a higher volume of orders.

International Orders
International customers are able to order from our website. International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release you order from customs before delivery.

Delays
If an item in your order is not available or if there is any other problems with your order that cause a delay we will contact you via email.

Leather Care
This is an authentic Tracy Zych New York handbag and is made of natural leather. Slight differences in color and textures are characteristics of natural leather. We recommend your bag be treated with weatherproof protestant by a leather care professional of your choice. We hope that you enjoy your Tracy Zych handbag.

Sales Tax
All items shipped to addresses in the state of Florida will be charged sales tax.
